It portrays a German paratrooper (Fallschirmjäger) of the Second World War armed with the FG42 automatic rifle. The figure is made of resin by 3D printing and is supplied unassembled and unpainted as an accessory for building a historical diorama.
The Fallschirmjäger were the airborne troops of the Luftwaffe during the Second World War. The FG42 was an automatic rifle developed specially for paratroopers, combining the qualities of a rifle and a light machine gun. A rifleman figure with this weapon is a characteristic and recognizable motif for an airborne diorama.
First wash the resin parts free of remnants of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off carefully and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue the parts with cyanoacrylate. We recommend a primer coat and painting with a brush or an airbrush; the detail of the weapon and the fabric of the clothing stand out after toning with washes and dry brushing.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
