This is NOT an aircraft model but a resin detail accessory in 1:48 scale from Clear Prop Models. The set contains a finely cast pilot's seat for the Messerschmitt Bf 109E with a representation of the seat belts. It replaces the part from a matching plastic Bf 109E kit and markedly raises the level of detail in the cockpit.
The Bf 109E, the Emil, was the basic version of the German Messerschmitt fighter in the early years of the Second World War, including the Battle of Britain. The interior of the cockpit with its period seat and harness is clearly visible with the canopy open, so it is worth refining.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
