An injection-molded plastic kit of the city delivery truck Ford C-600 in 1:25 scale from the manufacturer AMT, in the holiday, officially licensed Coca-Cola edition. The kit contains a powerful eight-cylinder engine, a tilting cab, opening side doors, working roller doors and a folding rear wall of the box body, chrome fuel tanks, air horns, Spyder-type wheels and hollow vinyl tires. An extensive sheet of period Coca-Cola holiday decals is included. The exact number of parts is not stated here as binding - the contents of the box and the instructions decide.
The Ford C-600 belonged to the C-Series range of city trucks with a characteristic cab over the engine (cab-over) and a low step, built over many decades. They were the typical delivery trucks of American cities - from drinks through baked goods to parcels. The holiday form with Coca-Cola advertising refers to the tradition of that brand's Christmas delivery campaigns.
Paint the box body and the cab on a smooth, primed base, so that the gloss comes out and the large decals that follow settle well. Bond the chrome parts carefully. Apply the extensive decal sheet onto a gloss coat with a decal softener, in layers and with plenty of time to dry. Assemble the moving features (roller door, doors, cab) carefully so that they stay working.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
