HEKI 3310 - scatter, flowering meadow, dark, 40 g

A fine scatter material in a darker shade of flowering meadow, with spots of color imitating flowers. The bag holds 40 g. The material is not tied to a single layout gauge; it can be used in H0, TT, N and Z and just as well on a diorama. Darker greenery matters on a layout: an area made up of a single light tone looks flat and artificial, whereas shade under trees, the foot of a slope or damper terrain by water should be noticeably deeper in color. Use

• Sift it into a layer of thinned PVA glue, or spread the material dry and flood it with thinned glue and a drop of dish soap.
• Use the dark shade where there is naturally less light: under crowns, along walls, in a gully or by a water surface.
• Combine it with lighter greenery; the transition between the two tones makes an area lively.
• Do not scatter it evenly over the whole area; irregular clumps look more believable than a continuous carpet.
• Once dry, pour the excess back into the bag and use it again.

For builders of layouts and dioramas who already have light greenery and need shadow and depth, and for military modelers building a small scene with a vehicle in overgrown terrain.

This is a fine loose material. Do not breathe in the dust while working; the item is not suitable for children under 15. Glue is not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
