Soft Sanding Sponges #1500 Grit

Madworks Soft Sanding Sponges, 1500 grit (soft sanding sponges)

Soft sanding sponges from Madworks in 1500 grit. The flexible foam layer with a very fine abrasive follows the shape of the part and suits tuning a surface to a high smoothness. These are modeling tools, not a kit.

Use

• Very fine finishing of plastic, resin, PVC and ABS surfaces.
• Smoothing after 1000 grit, before polishing or painting.
• Bringing a matte surface into a fine, smooth texture.
• They can be used both dry and wet.

Who it is for

For modelers who want a very smooth surface, for example under gloss clear coats or before polishing. The 1500 grit is among the finest sanding steps.

A sanding sponge is a consumable tool. When sanding dry, protect your airways and ventilate the area.
