The car

In the mid-1980s the BMW 635CSi was among the mainstays of the Group A touring car category. This variant captures the car in the STP sponsor livery from the Japanese InterTEC endurance race at the Fuji circuit in 1985. Group A was then the prestigious touring car class and drew a number of works and private teams.
