Responsibility details are not available.
A set of small injection-molded plastic models of the British carrier aircraft Fairey Swordfish in 1:700 scale from Trumpeter. The box contains several small aircraft models intended as an addition to the decks of aircraft carriers. It is not one large model but a set of miniature aircraft with which you bring the deck of your ship to life.
The Fairey Swordfish was a British carrier-borne torpedo biplane which, despite its archaic appearance, served with the Fleet Air Arm throughout the Second World War. It became famous for the attack on the Italian fleet at Taranto and for its part in slowing the battleship Bismarck. It was a reliable, rugged machine able to carry a torpedo as well as bombs.
Separate the small parts from the sprue carefully with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic or with cyanoacrylate glue. Given the size, airbrush painting with details picked out by brush works well. The models can be glued straight onto the deck or mounted on stands.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
