HEKI Birch Tree 9 cm, 4 pcs are four smaller model birches with a pale trunk.
Responsibility details are not available.
Four finished model trees from the German maker HEKI, nine centimeters tall. A birch stands out in the landscape at once thanks to its pale trunk and drooping branch tips, so even a small tree reads as a particular species on the layout rather than a generic green ball. Nine centimeters matches a young birch, and a group of four looks believable, because birches regenerate in groups in nature.
The small trees are pushed into a pre-drilled hole or glued by the foot of the trunk. Set birches in clumps of three or four close together, which is how natural self-seeded growth looks. Low growth at the foot of the trunk makes the transition from the ground less abrupt. If the crown is flattened after unpacking, spread it carefully with your fingers and make sure the branch tips keep pointing slightly downward, as that is exactly what is characteristic of a birch.
For layout and diorama builders who need a pale, distinctive tree, and for modelers fine-tuning forest edges. Birches also do well in winter scenes, because their pale trunk and fine branches look good even without foliage. This is modeling material, not a toy. The manufacturer marks its scenery products as unsuitable for children under fifteen.
