HEKI Shrubs and Bushes 0.7 to 5 cm, 8 pcs

Eight finished model bushes from the German maker HEKI in sizes from seven millimeters to five centimeters. Such a spread in one box is more useful than it seems at first glance: the smallest pieces serve as individual tufts in corners and by walls, the largest as single bushes by lanes. Growth assembled from different sizes then looks as though it grew gradually rather than having been planted all at once.

How to work with the bushes

The bushes are pushed into a prepared hole or glued with a drop of PVA glue. With the smallest pieces it pays to work with tweezers. Arrange them in clumps of uneven height, because in nature bushes grow in clusters. Put the smaller pieces at the front and by obstacles, the larger ones at the back. Add a tuft of grass or leaf granulate around the foot and the transition from the ground will not look abrupt.

For layout and diorama builders fine-tuning low vegetation, and for modelers who need several sizes in one box. This is modeling material, not a toy. The manufacturer marks its scenery products as unsuitable for children under fifteen.
