Heki acrylic paint in a green shade for a model landscape, dioramas and layouts.
Responsibility details are not available.
Green holds a summer landscape together and is at the same time the trickiest shade a modeler can pick. In real nature a single green does not exist: a mown meadow has a different tone from the edge of a wood, and young needles a different one from old grass in the shade. Heki acrylic paint in a green shade therefore serves above all as a dependable base from which the other tones of the scene are derived.
It is an acrylic paint, as the name itself says. It is applied with a brush and dries quickly in a thin coat, so the second coat can follow shortly after the first. Wash the brushes right after work, while the paint is still fresh. Thinning, drying time and suitability for an airbrush are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Most often as an overall base for the terrain under scatter material and static grass, so that the surface showing through is neither white nor gray. It also serves well on bushes and hedges, on moss-covered stones, on the greenish strip at the bank of a stretch of water and on the painted wood of fences or sheds. Thinned green works as a glaze that runs into hollows and joints and unifies the surface.
For anyone building a diorama or a layout who needs a basic green on which to build up further shades. Terrain surfaces forgive small irregularities in the coat, so even a beginner can manage the paint. The paint alone is supplied. A brush, thinner and the parts to be painted are not included, unless stated otherwise.
