A 1:35 masking set for the Kamaz-4310 truck from the ICM 35001 kit, with rearview mirrors according to the name.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Kamaz-4310 is a Soviet off-road truck with a high-set cab-over-engine cab. The cab has a large windshield and straight side windows, so the glazing forms continuous areas with long straight edges on a model. The rearview mirrors on long brackets reach far out from the cab and are among the first things a viewer notices on a finished model.
The name ties the set to the Kamaz-4310 kit from the firm ICM, the manufacturer's part number 35001. The shapes are therefore prepared for the parts of this kit, and there is no need to trace and trim tape on the model itself. Whether the mirrors are in the package as separate parts or as masks for their surfaces, check in the description on the packaging.
Wash and degrease the glazing and the cab before masking. Lay the mask onto a finished, dry base before spraying; if it has an adhesive layer, press the edges down along their whole length. Spray several thin coats so that paint does not seep under the edge, and remove it as soon as the finish is dry to the touch. Fit the mirrors only after spraying and after the varnish has dried, otherwise you will easily break them off while handling the cab.
The set is supplied on its own. The kit, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise. The placing of the individual shapes is given in the instructions enclosed with the set.
