This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:12 scale from the Japanese brand Hasegawa captures the Honda VT250F sports motorcycle of the MC08 generation of 1984 in the red form. The fairing, the tank and the rear seat cover are molded in red and the seat in black; the headlight and the mirrors have chrome-plated surfaces. The package holds decals.
The Honda VT250F was among the best of the quarter-liter sports class of the 1980s. It was powered by a liquid-cooled 90-degree V-twin and, after its revision in 1984, it offered still higher output and sharper handling.
On a motorcycle give your attention to the frame, the engine and the fairing. Leave the chrome-plated parts unpainted, or paint them carefully with a brush. Polish the fairing and finish the painted areas with a gloss clear coat; apply the sponsor decals and the markings over a smooth glossy base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
