De Havilland Mosquito fabric seat belts 1:144 from HGW bring the cockpit of the famous British twin to life with realistic straps and etched buckles.
Responsibility details are not available.
This HGW accessory is not a model but a set of seat belts for the cockpit. Straps in a material that faithfully imitates fabric are completed by etched buckles. Even in the small 1:144 scale they replace the flat belts from the kit with a convincing imitation that can be arranged either fastened or undone.
The De Havilland Mosquito was a British multirole twin-engine aircraft of the Second World War, famous for its wooden construction and high speed. It served as a fighter-bomber, a reconnaissance aircraft and a night fighter. Realistic belts in the cockpit raise the sense of fidelity even on a model in a small scale.
In 1:144 scale tweezers and a magnifier pay off. Bond the belts with a tiny amount of cyanoacrylate glue. The buckles can be lightly brought out with a metallic shade, and the straps themselves tuned to the period color.
This is an accessory for the cockpit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
