A detailed turned and photo-etched accessory from the Polish brand Aber in 1:16 scale. It is not a model but a replacement part: the muzzle brake of the German 7.5 cm tank gun barrel as carried by the Sd.Kfz. 171 Panther Ausf. G. It replaces the plastic muzzle brake from the box with a more faithful metal part.
A metal muzzle brake adds a realistic look and weight to the barrel in the large 1:16 scale and stands up better to any drilling of openings. The part is intended for the well-known large-scale kits of the Panther Ausf. G.
Clean the part up, bend any photo-etched items on a bender and fix the joints with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the metal before painting and apply a base coat suitable for metal.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
