A figure of a Ukrainian soldier from a line of large figures intended above all for painting. It is displayed on its own in a display case.
Responsibility details are not available.
The figure represents a Ukrainian soldier, and the number in the name distinguishes the individual items inside the line. The line is kept in larger formats than those used to complete models of equipment, so the figure stands up as an exhibition piece on its own. The larger format also changes the way of working: the painting of transitions on the face, the stitching of the cloth and the wear of the equipment come into play, that is the things that are lost on a small figure.
The package contains one figure of a Ukrainian soldier. How many parts it consists of, whether a base is included and how the individual parts are fitted is stated in the instructions enclosed by the manufacturer. Before buying it pays off to compare the size of the figure with the other pieces in your display case, so that the figures look uniform next to one another.
Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remnant down carefully, so that the modeling of the face and of the folds is preserved. Wash and degrease the figure before painting, as paint does not hold on a greasy surface. Apply the base layer thinly, otherwise it will clog the fine detail. Finish the face and the hands before you fit the equipment and the headgear, because later they are harder to reach with a brush. Choose the kind of glue according to the material of the figure and the procedure according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The figure is for figure painters and collectors who want one striking piece for a display case and work on a large format. It comes in as an exercise in painting skin and cloth as well. Paints, glue and a display case are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
