An injection-molded plastic figure in 1:24 scale from the fantastic (science-fiction) Master Box line At the Edge of the Universe – Adventures of the Strange Company. It is one character figure roughly 70 mm tall, designed as a collector's object and as part of a larger scene that can be put together from further figures of the same series.
The story line begins with a meeting of people and robots in a bar on a remote space station, where chance guests soon become a well-drilled crew. This figure belongs to that episode, and with its pose and expression it rounds out the tense atmosphere of nothing is happening, everything is under control. The 1:24 scale goes well with the models and accessories available in this size.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic, clean up the mold seams and apply a primer. Paint the skin in thin coats, and liven the costume and the accessories up with rich colors and metallic tones. Final washes and edge highlighting will give the figure a three-dimensional, comic-book look.
