Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the semi-trailer tractor Scania R730 Black Amber in 1:24 scale from the Italian manufacturer Italeri. It is a model of a show truck with striking graphics. The package contains plastic parts, rubber tires, a decal sheet and instructions for building as well as painting. The kit is intended to be glued together and painted.
The Scania R730 Black Amber is a limited edition of a prestigious tractor unit, which came about in cooperation with a well-known Swedish truck customizer. The road tractor is powered by a mighty V8 engine with a high output, hence the R730 designation. The vehicle is marked by a dark metallic paint with an elegant flame pattern, equipment for long-distance haulage and a number of decorative lighting and design elements. It is a representative of the so-called show trucks, which combine commercial vehicle engineering with a striking look.
You will best paint the cab and the chassis with an airbrush after applying a primer. Mix the dark metallic paint thoroughly, because the pigment settles to the bottom; it looks best on a smooth surface and is better laid down at the end, because it is harder to mask and to overspray. Glue the chrome and glossy parts with super glue, and the glazing with a glue for clear parts. The striking graphics are formed by decals, and you will best set them on a gloss clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
