This set is NOT an airplane model but a 3D printed resin pilot figure in 1:32 scale. The pilot is designed to sit in the late version of the ejection seat and to complete the cockpit of an F-35 fighter model. It follows on ideally from the separate Reskit resin cockpit set.
The F-35 Lightning II is an American single-engine multirole fifth-generation fighter in the F-35A (land-based) and F-35C (carrier-based) versions. The pilots use a modern ejection seat and the distinctive helmet with an integrated display. The figure captures a seated pilot in flight gear.
Wash the resin figure free of print resin residue, cut the print supports off carefully and clean the surfaces up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Apply primer and paint the figure with a brush, ideally with the shades of the flight suit, the vest and the helmet; finish the face with layering and fine shadows.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
