The real subject

The Dassault Mirage 2000C is a French single-seat fighter with a delta wing. The C version is the basic interceptor of the French Air Force, in service since the 1980s and used in a number of foreign conflicts as well.

How the 3D decal is applied

• Cut out the individual parts, dip them briefly in lukewarm water and slide them off the backing into place in the cockpit.
• They go onto a clean surface and replace painting or photo-etched parts - there is no need to color them.
• Press the part into the detail with a soft cotton bud and let it dry thoroughly. Whether a decal softener may be used on it, check in the manufacturer's instructions.
