A plastic snap-together kit of the Suzuki Jimny off-road vehicle in 1:32 scale from the popular The Snap Kit range of the Japanese company Aoshima. The body is colored in the plastic itself in the Pure White Pearl shade, so the model goes together without glue and without painting. The parts are simply snapped off the sprue and pushed together, which makes the kit an ideal way into car modeling and a model for a single afternoon.
The Suzuki Jimny is a compact off-road vehicle famous for genuine off-road ability. The current generation introduced in 2018 caught the eye with its boldly squared-off design and became much sought after. A short wheelbase, all-wheel drive and a low-range transfer case make it an agile helper off road.
The kit snaps together without glue, but the joints can be secured with a drop of super glue for safety. Rubber tires, clear parts for the windows and lights, chrome-plated parts and decals for the interior and the detail are usually included. For a more realistic look the detail can be finished with a brush and the panel lines flattened off or accented.
The model is supplied unassembled. Painting is not necessary, as the body is colored in the plastic; glue and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
