A resin figure in 1:35 scale from the Czech maker CMK. It depicts an officer of the Austro-Hungarian army in the period uniform of the First World War. Suitable for display on its own as well as in a diorama; it is supplied unglued and unpainted.
The Austro-Hungarian army was the armed force of the Danubian monarchy during the First World War. The figure captures the typical uniform and equipment of an officer of that period. The head and the right arm tend to be cast separately, so the pose can be adjusted slightly.
The casting consists of several resin parts. Before gluing, wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and level the surfaces. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate); sand with respiratory protection. A primer and acrylic paints with a brush or an airbrush are recommended; the uniform and the face come to life with glazes and a dry brush.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
