1:35 British Accessories WWII

Asuka 1:35 British Accessories WWII

This accessory is NOT a vehicle but a set of British army equipment of the Second World War period in 1:35 scale. It serves to load up and bring to life tanks, armored vehicles and dioramas — crates, boxes and other equipment that give both a vehicle and a scene life and scale.

Use

• Loading up the hull and the fenders of British vehicles of the Second World War.
• Filling out dioramas with equipment set about, crates and stowage.
• Completing crew quarters and supply scenes.

Building and painting tips

The parts are separated from the sprue gates, cleaned up and glued with cement for plastic. Wood and canvas come out well through layering a base color, glazes and drybrushing; metal and metal fittings are brought up by a dark wash and light weathering with pigments. Restrained weathering to match field service is the way to go.

Who it is for

• Modelers of British 1:35 vehicles of the Second World War.
• Diorama builders who want faithful stowage and equipment.

This is an accessory set. The vehicle, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
