The set in 1:35 scale contains chairs for filling out interiors as well as outdoor scenes. It is a diorama detail, not a model of a vehicle — it helps to furnish a room, a cafe, a yard or a command post. Resin printing faithfully keeps the delicate shape of the legs and backs, which would be hard to cast in another technology.
Furniture gives a scene a human dimension and a story. Chairs set out around a table, overturned by a wall or carried outside reveal that the place is lived in. They combine well with figures and interior elements in 1:35 scale.
The parts are held on thin print supports and the delicate legs are fragile — work carefully. Before separating them it is a good idea to dip the set in hot water for a moment — the resin softens slightly, the supports are easier to cut off and the material does not chip. Join them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and sand with respiratory protection. Wood suits glazing shades and a fine wash, and on a varnished form add wear on the edges.
The accessory is supplied as a resin casting, unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
