Close Combat. U.S. Tank Crew. Special Edition 1:35 is a plastic set of five American tankers in action poses with weapons and photo-etched parts.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The package contains five figures of American tankers in dynamic combat poses, together with small arms, equipment and, in the Special Edition form, a fret of photo-etched parts for fine detail. The figures are meant to bring life to dioramas and vignettes with American armor.
The set captures the crew of an American tank of the Second World War in a close-combat situation, when the tankers leave the vehicle and defend themselves with small arms. The figures wear period uniform and equipment and suit the depiction of a tense scene around an armored vehicle.
Glue the figures with glue for plastic and clean up the gaps at the joints with filler. Attach the small photo-etched details with cyanoacrylate glue. For realistic skin and cloth, layering of shades, glazes and a light dry brush work well; give the faces the greatest care, because they draw the eye.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
