This resin scenic set from the Italian maker Royal Model renders a street drinking fountain (a fountain with running water) in 1:35 scale, a typical element of European towns and villages. It is a diorama accessory, not a kit of a vehicle or a figure, with which you bring a street or village-square scene to life.
The casting captures the shape of the body of the fountain, the outlet tap and the surface texture of the stone or cast iron to match the real subject. The detail of the resin allows a convincing rendering of wear and of the marks left by water.
Wash the part clean of mold release agent, cut off the casting block and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue. The stone and metal shades will come out after spraying a primer; suggest the marks of water and lime deposits with light washes and pigments.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
