Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German vertical takeoff design project Focke-Wulf Triebflügel in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The box contains clear parts, covers that can be opened, photo-etched extras and decals for several fictional finishes. MiniArt chose the unusual aircraft scale of 1:35, which goes with its range of vehicles and figures.
The Triebflügel was a German project for an interceptor fighter of 1944 with vertical takeoff and landing. It had no conventional wings; lift and thrust alike were provided by a rotating assembly of blades set roughly in the middle of the fuselage and driven by ramjets at their tips. The machine stayed on paper and in model form and was never built and never flew. The model therefore represents what is called an aircraft that never flew.
Use thin cement for plastic and leave the covers that can be opened uncovered, so that the interior comes into its own. Cover the cockpit glazing with a mask, apply primer and spray the covering color in thin coats with an airbrush. Since it is a project that never reached production, you have a free hand in choosing an interesting, even imagined camouflage scheme of the late war. The rotating blades and their ramjets are the visual dominant of the model, so give them extra care.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
