German AFV crew 1:35 — Special Edition is an injection-molded set of unassembled plastic figures for Second World War dioramas and vignettes.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set brings injection-molded plastic figures of a German armored vehicle crew in 1:35 scale. Besides the figures themselves, the extended edition holds rich accessories — helmets, bags, field equipment and small items that will bring any vignette or diorama to life. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The figures capture German tank crewmen and armored vehicle crews of the Second World War period in period uniforms and with typical equipment. The relaxed poses make it possible to build a scene around a tank or a half-track: a crew resting, servicing the vehicle or on the move. The accessory parts match the equipment that soldiers in armored units commonly carried.
Cut the parts off the sprues with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid plastic cement. Clean up the seams at the joints with fine abrasive. For a realistic look a base primer helps, along with an airbrush on the large areas of the uniforms and then picking the folds out with shading and drybrushing; the skin can be finished in oil paints.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
