This is not a model of a vehicle but a detail set of smoke grenade launchers of the kind carried by German armored equipment. The package is enough for two vehicles and contains the launcher tubes themselves, which are fitted into the mounts from the kit or into photo-etched mounts. The parts are made with hollow muzzles, so they look more faithful than solid plastic pieces.
The launcher tubes are glued onto the turret or the hull of an armored vehicle following period sources. The hollow muzzle and the fine execution raise the realism up close and in photographs of the model alike. The set suits as a replacement for coarse kit parts or for scratchbuilding.
Separate the parts carefully from the sprue gates, wash any mold release agent off them and degrease them. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer before painting; a dark wash suits bringing the hollow muzzles out.
A model of the vehicle, the mounts from the kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
