An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Sd.Kfz.221 light reconnaissance armored car (Leichter Panzerspähwagen) in 1:35 scale from Hobby Boss. The set offers a slide-molded hull, a detailed interior, four rubber tires, photo-etched parts and decals.
The Sd.Kfz.221 was a German light four-wheeled armored reconnaissance car used from the second half of the nineteen thirties and through the Second World War. It served for reconnaissance and liaison and was marked by good mobility and a low silhouette. It belonged to the wide family of light Panzerspähwagen cars.
The detailed interior is best assembled and painted before the hull is closed up. Use liquid cement on the plastic, treat the surface with a primer and lay the paints down with an airbrush. German shades come to life with edge highlighting, washes and a fine coat of dust.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
