Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of figures of German civilians in sitting poses from the 1930s and 1940s in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The box holds several figures in period civilian clothing, ideal for bringing a diorama with a cafe, a station or a street scene to life. It is a kit to be assembled and painted, not finished figures.
Civilian figures give military and urban dioramas life, scale and a story. Seated figures suit benches, tables, cafe furniture or vehicles and add an everyday human dimension to a scene. The clothing matches European city fashion of the 1930s and 1940s – suits, hats, coats and period accessories – and makes it possible to set the scene in prewar or wartime Europe.
Separate the parts from the sprues carefully, clean up the parting seams and glue them with thin cement for plastic. Apply a primer before painting. With figures it pays to concentrate on the faces and hands with realistic skin shades and on the folds of the civilian clothing, which are brought out by a darker glaze (a wash) and a fine dry brush. Before gluing, offer the seated poses up dry to the furniture so that the figure sits correctly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
