This photo-etched accessory from Panzerkraft is NOT a kit of a tank but a set of fine hatch handles (grab handles) meant for detailing. It replaces thick plastic handles with more accurate metal parts. According to the product name the set in 1:35 scale is intended for the Panzer III Ausf. E to N and the Panzer IV Ausf. F to J and covers fifteen vehicles.
The Panzer III and Panzer IV formed the backbone of the German armored forces in the first half of the Second World War. Both series have a number of hatches with characteristic handles whose faithful rendering markedly lifts the look of a finished model.
Carefully separate the handles from the fret, form them over a jig or a round needle and glue them on with super glue. It is practical to add such small parts only after the hull has had its base coat.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
