1:35 Headers with field cup M40 and Dfh.b.

A set of replacement figure heads from the Czech maker Firma49 in 1:35 scale. The parts represent military heads with the German M40 field cap and another period type of headgear. They are produced on an SLA 3D printer, or cast in resin, in high resolution, so they carry finely worked facial features and cap detail.

Use

  • Swapping the standard figure heads for more varied expressions.
  • Bringing group scenes and Second World War dioramas to life.
  • Suitable for conversions and for individualizing soldiers in 1:35.

Work procedure

  • Separate the heads from the casting blocks or print supports and clean up the neck seating.
  • Wash off any release or print resin residue.
  • Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); paint the faces in acrylics and pick out the eyes and shadows.

Who it is for

For figure painters and diorama builders who want to give their soldiers an individual expression.

The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as resin parts. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
