This is not a complete figure but a resin accessory from the Czech manufacturer Firma49. The set contains replacement heads with a gas mask fitted in 1:35 scale, with which you replace the original heads of figures and give a scene a dramatic touch that is faithful to its period.
The gas mask belonged to the equipment of the soldiers of both world wars. By exchanging the head on an existing figure you easily create a soldier in chemical protection, whether during training or in a combat situation. The heads are 3D printed in resin with sharp detail of the mask and the eyepieces.
The parts can be sanded and drilled as usual and are glued with super glue. Before bending or modifying them, a brief dip in hot water helps: the resin softens slightly and hardens again once cooled. We recommend a primer as a base; the rubber of the mask looks good in a matte form with a fine wash into the details.
The accessory is supplied as unpainted resin parts. Figures, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
