Responsibility details are not available.
This is a detail photo-etched set from the Polish manufacturer Aber for models of the German King Tiger heavy tank (Pz.Kpfw. VI Ausf.B, Tiger II) in 1:35 scale. The package contains fine parts of etched brass sheet, which replace the coarser plastic elements, among them the engine deck grilles, the fenders and the tool clamps. Note: it is not a model of the tank but a metal accessory for a plastic kit you have already bought.
The Tiger II, nicknamed the King Tiger, was a German heavy tank of the end of the Second World War. It combined heavily sloped frontal armor with a long 88 mm gun and was among the heaviest and best armored tanks of its day. At the price of great weight and high fuel consumption it offered exceptional firepower and protection.
The photo-etched parts are cut off with a sharp knife or with special scissors, bent over a photo-etch bending tool and glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with epoxy. The fine grilles over the engine stand out above all with realistic weathering. Degrease the metal and prime it before painting.
This is a photo-etched metal accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
