1:35 M60 Machine Gun 1/35 (2 pcs)

Special Hobby 1:35 - M60 machine gun (2 pieces)

A resin set of two American M60 general-purpose machine guns in 1:35 scale. The castings faithfully render the perforated barrel shroud, the bipod, the stock and the fine controls that are hard to achieve in injection-molded plastic. The machine guns serve as armament for figures, for mounting on vehicles or as an accessory in a diorama.

The real subject

The M60 is an American 7.62 mm general-purpose machine gun adopted at the end of the 1950s. It served as both an infantry and a vehicle weapon in many conflicts from the Vietnam War onward.

Use and fitting

• Wash the mold release residue off the parts and cut the casting blocks off carefully.
• It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
• Paint the weapon in a metallic and flat black shade, and the wood of the stock in brown.

Who it is for

• Builders of figures and military vehicles in 1:35 scale.
• Makers of dioramas with modern American infantry.

This is a separate resin accessory, not a kit. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
