Pz.Kpfw. VI Tiger I Ausf. E late production 3 in 1, 1:35 (Dragon) is a richly equipped plastic kit with photo-etched and metal parts.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 from the Dragon brand captures the German Tiger I heavy tank in the late production version. The designation 3 in 1 means that the set offers parts for building several production sub-variants of the tank. The package is richly equipped: besides the plastic frets it holds photo-etched sheet, turned and other metal parts, metal wire, individual track links and an extensive decal sheet with many marking options.
The Tiger I was a German heavy tank deployed from 1942. It became famous for its heavy armor and for the 88 mm gun, which could destroy Allied tanks at long range. Vehicles of late production differed from the early ones in a number of details: a different type of turret cupola, road wheels without rubber tires and simplified items of hull equipment.
Assemble and paint the individual track links separately so that they follow the running gear well. Bend the photo-etched parts over an edge and glue them with super glue. Finish the running gear and the lower parts before closing up the hull. A coat of primer, an airbrush and then washes, filters and dust pigments are suitable for faithful weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
