Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Sd.Kfz.7 half-track tractor in the 7/2 version with a 3.7 cm anti-aircraft gun in 1:35 scale from Dragon. The set offers an elaborate firing platform, folding side walls, a traversing gun and photo-etched parts. It is an interesting subject for modelers of German Second World War equipment.
The Sd.Kfz.7 was a German eight-ton half-track tractor of the Second World War, widely used as an artillery and anti-aircraft prime mover. The Sd.Kfz.7/2 version carried a 3.7 cm FlaK 36 anti-aircraft gun on the rear platform, intended for defense against low-flying targets. The folding side walls let the crew traverse the weapon freely while firing.
Pay attention to assembling the running gear with the tracks and to the details of the firing platform, which remain clearly visible. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement and the fine photo-etched mesh with super glue. Apply the base coat with an airbrush over a primer and add washes and pigments that bring out the mechanism of the gun and the dusty running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
