The set contains individual plastic links, from which you assemble a fully workable track as a replacement for the soft tracks from the box. It is intended for the kits of the Soviet main battle tank T-64 from Trumpeter and sits on its drive sprockets and running gear.
The T-64 was a Soviet main battle tank which, among the first, introduced an autoloader for its 125 mm gun and composite armor. Its characteristic running gear with smaller road wheels and a specific link pattern is one of the recognition features of the machine, so faithful tracks markedly raise the impression the finished model makes.
Separate the links from the sprue gates, clean them up and join them one after another. Until the glue sets, leave the track workable so that it wraps naturally around the wheels. Use liquid cement for plastic. Paint the track separately from the hull; you can create a realistic patina with dark washes, metallic dry-brushing on the wear edges and dust pigments for mud effects.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
