The compressor set 1:35 U.S. air compressor from the Italian brand Royal Model brings the American technical support of engineer and maintenance units into a scene.

The set builds the unit that in American military service drove air-powered tools: jackhammers, impact wrenches, spray guns and tire inflators. The manufacturer worked it in resin and white metal and enclosed a decal sheet, so the finished machine can also carry its markings and warning lettering.
Equipment of this kind belonged to the gear of engineer units, field workshops and airfield ground crews. Breaking concrete, cleaning filters and spraying paint could none of them do without compressed air, so the unit stood wherever anything was being repaired or built. For a modeler it is a welcome excuse to set working bustle going around a vehicle under repair instead of a static parking lot. A hose coiled beside the machine is a small thing that gives a scene movement at once.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, sand the metal parts lightly and join them with cyanoacrylate glue. A decal holds best on a smooth glossy surface, so varnish the place under it beforehand. A machine of this kind gets dirty quickly: to the base shade add oil stains around the engine, dust on the underside and worn places on the controls and the handles.
