This resin kit in 1:35 scale from the Plusmodel brand captures an American airborne scooter together with a machine gun and a transport trailer. The set is cast in resin with a high level of detail, and photo-etched parts, copper wire for the fine elements and decals come with it. It is a small but precise model for experienced builders.
The American army used light airborne scooters in the Second World War for moving people and materiel quickly over short distances. Thanks to their low weight they suited transport by air as well as movement in difficult terrain; in the version with a machine gun and a trailer they served as mobile fire or supply support.
First wash any residues of mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. We recommend spraying on a primer, then an airbrush or a brush, and rounding the weathering out with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
