Quickwheel 1:35 U.S. M60, M247 Sgt York – wheel masks is a set of precisely cut flexible templates for painting the rubber tire bands of the road wheels of American tracked vehicles cleanly.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of Quickwheel masking templates for painting the road wheels of the American M60 tank and the M247 Sergeant York anti-aircraft system in 1:35 scale, which share the same type of road wheel. The masks are precisely cut from a flexible material and match the shape of the wheels of those subjects. You slide the wheel into the opening in the mask, which wraps around the metal center and leaves only the rubber tire band exposed, so the paint goes on precisely and with no overspray.
For modelers building the M60 or the M247 Sergeant York in 1:35 scale who want to separate the color of the rubber tire band from the metal rim cleanly and to speed up painting the running gear. The set is prepared to match the wheels of these subjects exactly.
This is a masking accessory, not a model and not paint. The masks are tied to the wheels of that type in that scale.
