U.S. Soldiers at Rest 1:35 is a plastic set of five American soldiers in relaxed poses at rest.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of figures in 1:35 scale from the maker MiniArt. The package holds five American soldiers in relaxed, quiet poses at rest, along with period equipment and accessories. The set is ideal for rendering the more everyday, genre scenes that give a diorama life away from the fighting as well.
The figures capture American soldiers of the Second World War in moments of rest, for example seated, lying down or in conversation. Their relaxed bearing and period uniform make them a rewarding counterpart to action figures and make it possible to tell the story of a scene behind the front line.
Glue the figures with a cement for plastic and clean the seams up with filler. The natural poses will reward realistic skin painted by layering and with glazes; a fine wash and a dry brush will give the uniforms depth. Quiet scenes come off best in combination with small accessories of the surroundings.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
