A universal photo-etched set of fine brass parts meant for a realistic rendering of the clamps and holders of tools on German armored vehicles in 1:35 scale. It replaces the coarsely molded plastic holders for picks, shovels, sledgehammers and other tools with thin photo-etched parts, which can also be shown in the open position.
German vehicles of the Second World War carried a set of engineer tools on the hull and the sides, held by metal clamps. In plastic kits these clamps are usually simplified and molded in one piece with the tools. The photo-etched set replaces them with separate fine holders that look convincing and allow the tools to be arranged in different ways.
The photo-etched parts are separated from the fret, shaped with a bending tool and glued with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the metal before painting and go over it with a primer. This is a universal set (general purpose), usable on several types of German vehicles.
This is a detailing accessory, not a vehicle model. The basic plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
