The set from the maker Reskit brings sturdy landing gear legs and wheels for models of the American A-10 Thunderbolt II ground-attack aircraft. The legs are metal, which ensures strength and load-bearing capacity, and they are complemented by 3D-printed resin parts with fine detail.
The wheels are weighted (sagged), so they faithfully simulate an aircraft standing on the ground with its pressure on the tires. The set covers both the Early and the Late variants and replaces the simplified plastic parts from the kit.
Clean the remains of the supports off the resin parts, degrease the metal legs and glue everything with cyanoacrylate glue. After painting we recommend bringing out the detail with a wash.
