A-7E Corsair II - interior 3D decals 1:48 from Kelik for a colored, three-dimensionally raised rendering of the cockpit of the carrier attack aircraft. Intended for the Hobby Boss kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of colored self-adhesive 3D decals for a detailed rendering of the cockpit of an A-7E Corsair II attack aircraft model in 1:48 scale. It is neither a resin nor a photo-etched set but decals printed on a flexible film with real depth. It typically contains the instrument panel, side panels, consoles, belts and seat detail. Thanks to the color printing, lengthy painting of small dials and switches falls away. The target kit is Hobby Boss.
The Vought A-7 Corsair II was an American single-seat carrier attack aircraft. The A-7E version served with the US Navy from the end of the 1960s and was the main strike type with advanced avionics and precision means for ground attack; it was used over Vietnam and in later conflicts among other places. The cockpit matches the modern analog layout of that time.
First degrease the surfaces of the model. Cut the individual items out, lift them off the carrier layer and transfer them into place with tweezers, then press them down gently. The film tolerates slight shaping into curved surfaces. The fine dials do not need extra painting; only a restrained emphasis on the shadows is recommended.
The set contains only the interior decals. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
