This is a resin conversion set, not a helicopter kit. It makes it possible to build the armed, attack version of the AH-6 Little Bird from a plastic model of a light helicopter of the MD 500 family in 1:48 scale. The set usually brings items for carrying armament and other features characteristic of the attack version.
The AH-6 Little Bird is a special forces attack helicopter derived from the Hughes/MD 500 family. It carries armament on side carriers and serves for direct fire support, escort and attack tasks in the form of a small, agile machine.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue; sand with protection of the airways. Fit the armament and the carriers only once the base fuselage has been painted. For a faithful look, use dark shades and fine wear in the places that are handled.
The set is an accessory for a plastic model, not a kit in its own right. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
