AS.34 Kormoran anti-ship missiles with adapters, 1:48 (2 pieces) is a 3D-printed resin armament set with faithful detail and mounting adapters for aircraft carriers of the weapon.
Responsibility details are not available.
This 3D-printed resin set holds a pair (2 pieces) of AS.34 Kormoran guided anti-ship missiles together with the mounting adapters. It is not a model but a faithful armament accessory in 1:48 scale with finely rendered wings, radome and air intake. The real weapon was carried by the fighter and strike aircraft of the F-104G family and by the Tornado IDS.
The AS.34 Kormoran is a West German guided anti-ship missile developed for naval aviation. It was driven by a rocket motor, flew low over the water at high subsonic speed and carried a heavy warhead meant for surface ships. It served above all on the F-104G Starfighter and later on the Tornado.
Wash the print resin residue off the resin parts, cut the print supports away and sand the cuts down with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Take care over the correct orientation of the wings and the fins; the fine surfaces come into their own after a matte coat and a discreet wash.
This is an add-on armament set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
