A set of color, pre-printed photo-etched seat belts for the seats of a model of the British aircraft de Havilland Mosquito in 1:48 scale. The belts of thin sheet metal faithfully imitate the straps as well as the metal clasps. It is an addition to the cockpit, not a kit of the aircraft.
The de Havilland Mosquito was a British twin-engine aircraft of the Second World War with a largely wooden structure, famous for its high speed and versatility. It served as a fast bomber, a night fighter, a reconnaissance machine and an attack aircraft.
The belts are carefully cut out, shaped to the seats and glued on with super glue. The color printing only needs to be picked out gently; the flexibility of the photo-etch allows a realistic sag of the straps across the seat.
This is an accessory set, not a kit of the aircraft. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
