A resin, 3D-printed detail set capturing the open exhaust nozzles of the F100-PW-229 engines for the late version of the F-15E Strike Eagle in 1:48 scale. The replacement nozzles in the open position faithfully replace the parts from the kit and markedly improve the look of the tail end of this twin-engine machine.
The McDonnell Douglas (today Boeing) F-15E Strike Eagle is an American two-seat multirole combat version of the heavy F-15 fighter, meant for strikes against ground targets as well as for air combat. Late machines are powered by a pair of F100-PW-229 engines from Pratt and Whitney.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
