A set of colored, pre-printed 3D decals for rendering the inside of the cockpit in 1:48 scale from the accessory manufacturer Kelik. It is not a kit but a decal film with a relief, three-dimensionally layered print that reproduces the instrument panels, the side consoles and the controls of both pilots' compartments. The color print saves time when detailing a modern digital cockpit.

The real subject

The F-16I Sufa (Hebrew for storm) is the two-seat Israeli version of the F-16 fighter built on Block 52. It is distinguished by conformal tanks on the spine of the fuselage and by an enlarged dorsal spine fairing for additional avionics, which gives it a characteristic silhouette. It serves the Israeli Air Force for multirole and strike missions.

Use

• Cut the film out, dip it in lukewarm water for 30 to 60 seconds and slide it onto the base.
• Apply it onto a smoothly painted and ideally gloss surface, and gently squeeze the excess water out.
• Press the element gently down into the relief with a soft cotton swab and, once dry, go over it with a matte clear coat. Check the manufacturer's instructions for whether a decal softener may be used on it.
